Furnitureland South - Non existent customer service
i ordered a sideboard.they delivered the wrong color.
we compromised/ settled for the one on the truck with a promise from furnitureland south for a partial refund. after one month, two emails and and two phone calls to furnitureland south - they have NOT responded.
ok... mistakes happen. the real measure is how they respond to the mistake.
they don't respond. i would not recommend furnitureland south.
the delivery team was professional and called every step of the way.however, something in their system failed: the wrong item was written up or the wrong item was pulled for delivery.
